Wan’an is a surf paradise known only to those seeking escape from reality’s weight.

At a small surf shop run by Dong Bin, three strangers arrive: Xiao Fang hides from her past, Yuan Yong flees the life his parents set for him, and Yang Fan drifts in search of direction.
